What is the PCR Refund All About?
Basics of the Minnesota Political Contribution Refund (PCR) Program:
Any eligible MN voter can donate $75 per year (or $150 per married couple) and get it refunded from the MN Dept of Revenue.
Contribution must be made to a political party (that's us) or qualifying candidate for state office (not local or federal candidates).
Refund is granted once per calendar year after sending in your PCR receipt along with your one-page refund form.
You can request your refund at any time after you get your receipt. You do not need to wait to file with your taxes.
